that's awesome that you want to reduce the amount of meat that you eat. can i suggest though that you become a vegetarian instead of a pescaterian? it'll make the fish happier, and by being able to label yourself a vegetarian, you would be making a stronger statement about not believing in killing animals for food.
for recipes, i love using the website www.vegweb.com -- so many AMAZING recipes, and none of them have any animal products in them. you should also check out www.vegcooking.com -- also has a lot, and with a variety of categories. enjoy :)
